
Sometimes i can remember all things that had passed.
But sometimes too, i can easily forgotten everything although it was very important for me.
have you ever feel it?
do you want to know how it can happened to us?
the main factors which make us easily forgotten something thet had happened is lacking focus / concentration.
Kenapa kita bisa kehilangan fokus dan mudah lupa?
there are 6 factors that influence the lacking of focus:
1) a lot of activities
it is related with how much activities must we do in one time.
more activities to do in one time can break our concentration / focus and finally we can easily forgotten what did happen to us.
For example eating, drawing, and listening to music together in one time.
It can minimalize the time and also minimalize our goal quality.
2) stress
if we got stress, we need to find a relaxation to forgotten the problem and of course all thing we had passed.
stress also can disturb our focus totally.
3) anxiety
it is the most popular teenager problem. sometimes, teenage girl in Indonesia called it "Galau". it related with number 4
4) a lot of problem
A lot of problem can push our mind to one condition, that is Stress and "Galau".
Many girl often easily dropped in their deepest point, which make them thingking about one thing in long time without know the problem and finally, they got no solution and focus. if they have no focus, of course they can catch anything spoken and happened to them.
5) important or not
it is related with anything spoken and happened to us.
more important is the thing, more focus we take to hear / doing it.
And we can remember it well.
but, if it is not important at all, our brain will automatically make us gradually forgotten the things.
6) disturbance / interference
it is the last factor. and i hope nobody got the sixth factor.
disturbance / interference like alzheimr can make us forgotten anything we had pass fastly.
it caused by our middle brain than had been damaged.
